Senior Software Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Department Head to lead our technology division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical teams, and digital innovation initiatives while ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
Lead and oversee the entire IT department and technical teams.
Develop departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate developers, IT specialists, and technical staff.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Software & Technology Management
Supervise the development of ERP systems, web applications, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to client requirements.
Review technical architecture and development standards.
Manage software deployment, testing, maintenance, and upgrades.
Infrastructure & Security
Oversee company servers, cloud infrastructure, hosting environments, and networks.
Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
Monitor system performance, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection measures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Project & Client Management
Collaborate with project managers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders.
Provide technical consultation for clients and internal teams.
Assist in project planning, estimation, and solution architecture.
Ensure high-quality technical deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning
Identify emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Develop long-term IT strategies aligned with company objectives.
Optimize operational efficiency through automation and technology.
Manage departmental budgets, software licenses, and technology investments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, IT management, or technical leadership.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
Experience managing development teams and large-scale technical projects.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications is highly preferred.
